Capers Villa

We aim to respond promptly, whenever possible.  If you do not hear back, please check your spam folder, then resend your enquiry.

1. Check availability calendar and complete email enquiry form.  (Please type your email address carefully.)
2. We will confirm whether your dates are available and reserve for 24 hours (on request).
3. Booking is confirmed on receipt of completed and signed booking form together with 25% (non-refundable) rental deposit.
4. Balance of rental plus £100 security bond (in case of damage or breach of terms) is due 8 weeks before arrival.
5. We will then send final information, directions to the villa and key arrangements.
6. We will refund the security bond, if everything is OK, within 2 weeks of your stay.
