Lovely villa
Beautiful villa with everything you'd need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Large much appreciated pool. Lovely gardens with sun and shade spots depending on the time of day. Pool cleaner and gardener arrive every week. Villa well placed for quiet beaches.. local to Latchi, mile up the road. Many places to eat. Trip up into the hills to visit little villages well worth the drive. Lovely Fiona, the owner. Is very approachable and responds to queries very quickly.
We all had a wonderful week at Fiona’s lovely villa in Latchi. It’s absolutely perfect for little ones with all the equipment you could need. The gated pool is such a bonus. It’s in a quiet location but still close to Latchi and it’s great selection of shops and restaurants. Including Moustakais in Polis. Latchi watersports are excellent and well reccomended. Look no further if you want a family holiday in the perfect location in Cyprus,
Capers Villa is great. Perfect for families - ours aged 12 & 7 loved it especially the pool & all the inflatables in the garage & access to loads of dvds. Fully equipped with everything you could want/need, lots of space etc. Car hire is essential but Latchi, Polis, Neo Chorio & lots of lovely beaches are just a 5-10 min drive away. Plenty to do & places to visit in the area or perfect just to relax & unwind... Our second visit & hopefully we will be back again in a couple of years time.
A beautiful villa on the outskirts of Latchi, with a pool and privacy. 10 min walk to rocky beach or 20 into town. Well appointed and equipped. Great for a family with youngsters or a couple wanting pure down time. Don't want to hype it too much, as, would like too come back!!!!
A fantastic family sized villa providing all home comforts. The villa, gardens and pool were well kept and enabled us to have a lovely relaxing holiday. The village of Latchi had lovely harbour side restaurants that are a short drive from the villa. The town of Polis, a slightly longer driver provides more traditional restaurants and is well served with supermarkets. We would highly recommend the villa and location.
Capers villa is a perfect place for a holiday stay. It was clean, tidy and well equiped. You can find there every thing which you could need. It was more spacy than we expected :) Maria and Fiona were very helpful. We reccomend this place for staying.
'We had a lovely stay at Capers although we could have stayed a little longer, even our two year old kept calling it ‘home’!! The villa was so well equipped we even made ourselves some fresh orange juice and it was great to have a torch so that we could walk back from Latchi in the evenings safely. The pool with the guard was perfect for us with our daughter, we went swimming at least twice a day.'
We visited Capers Villa in October 2011 with my parents, our 4 month old and our two year old. The weather was lovely in October (about 25 / 26 degrees - lovely for the children) and the was villa fantastic for kids with a large garden and fenced in pool. In the garage were lots toys perfect for our toddler (water play table, inflatables, lots of trucks and cars, buckets and spades...) this meant that we didn't need to leave the villa if we didn't fancy, and could have a gas BBQ and sit on one of the three patios to eat and relax (and follow the sun around the house!). The villa was very well equiped for children with stair gates, travel cot and bedding, cupboard full of toys and games, kids DVDs. Beach towels are provided which saves so much space in the suitcases and there are mosquito nets on windows and doors so you do not have to worry about the children getting bitten by bugs at night. The villa is so quiet and overlooks the coast from the upstairs balcony with the mountains all around. We hired a car easily from a local company which was a real necessity with the children, and meant we could travel to some lovely parts of the island, but there were some lovely restuarants and shops within a couple of minutes drive of the villa. We would highly recommend the villa for a quiet, relaxing holiday, especially if you have children and we would definately love to return in the future.
'We had a wonderful time in your villa. Nice and easy to find and just a stones throw from some superb walks and viewpoints on the Akamas Peninsula. The villa has everything that you could need and is brilliantly located for Latchi and Polis. The air con was a god send, as was the pool. You are so lucky to own such a lovely place'
'After a disappointing villa in Spain last year I was slightly apprehensive at what we would encounter with Capers. Well, we needn't have feared a thing. As soon as we arrived you could feel the relief in the air and what a beautiful villa. It is situated in a fab position with sea views from the bedrooms. The villa is spacious and catered for all our needs. Fiona you have thought of all the things that most owners just don't seem to think about. Every thing is there for the kiddies, especially the little ones. From digger DVDs to dumper trucks and bucket and spades in the garage. Our two year old daughter decided to potty train herself whilst we were there and what do you know all of the required apparatus were at hand. The garden is just perfect, some where to play, paths to ride scooters on and a very safe swimming pool, again with lots of pool toys. Sunbeds for us to relax, which I have to say is the first time we have actually been able to sunbathe in 5 years without worrying about adventurous little people'
"An ideal villa for all, especially young families. Very comfortable villa, with everything at hand that you could every need. Beautiful garden with plenty of interesting wildlife, and exceptionally clean and refreshingly cool pool. Latchi is the most pleasant part of Cyprus I have ever visited, the beach is excellent, with blue flag and safe swimming with breakwaters nicely dampening the waves, and sandy too! Local restaurants at the harbour with excellent seafood (Y&Ps our favourite! Aside from the fantastic fish, The Mixed Grill was the biggest plate of meat I have ever had outside of Texas!). Lastly, great service by Maria and Gary (who service the villa), they had us back in our villa within 45 minutes of us locking ourselves out (Doh!)"
'We spent our best holiday at Cyprus on your Villa, everything was ideal:location, villa equipment and villa interior. We spent days on beautiful Asprokremmos beach in front of Anassa hotel and around Latchi and Polis. Visiting Paphos and Troodos is highly recommended. All in all we are very happy that we found so beautiful villa to spend our vacation. We will recommend the villa to all our friends
We did have a lovely time, pool was ideal, ‘ home from home ‘ and ideally located for main attractions in area. A real get away from it all place'.

just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at Capers villa. We really enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped house, lovely garden and pool. We used wheeliecyprus for bike hire and explored the tough Akamas trails, which rewarded us with spectacular views and secluded swimming in pristine waters'
'We had a lovely ten days in Latchi and thoroughly enjoyed staying in Capers villa. The bedrooms are very comfortable and air-conditioned (which was important in August) and the kitchen spacious and clean. The pool is fenced which makes it ideal for families with young children. It is just a 5 minute drive to Latchi or the same up the hill to Neo Chorio.There are plenty of good restaurants in both places. A hire car is essential for getting around. We spent most of our time diving with Latchi Watersports (5 star PADI and recommended if you enjoy recreational diving) or lazing about by the villa pool. It was all very relaxing.'
'Thanks, we had a great time in Cyprus and enjoyed our stay at the Capers Villa very much. We found the Villa in excellent condition and very well provided - I don't think there was anything missing in the bedrooms and the kitchen was especially well stocked with appliances and accessories.'
'The holiday was lovely - thank you. We enjoyed staying in the quiet villa after the hecticness of Limassol. It was very relaxing and the fenced off pool was perfect for the kids. We ate out most nights at the marina in Latchi which was lovely in the evenings.'
'The gated pool meant we were able to relax and let our little boy run around outside, which was very welcome. The villa was also very spacious and well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great to be able to access the toys in the garage ( we left a few extra pool toys behind to add to the supply!). We also loved the herb garden and made quite a bit of use of it while cooking'
We were pleasantly surprised that 'Capers' was exactly as the photographs portrayed it and the description was very accurate. The whole villa had a nice spacious, homely feel to it."
